How to redeem your gift card

Telehealth appointments
Please browse the appointment book to find a suitable time, then contact the clinic using the website contact form. We will book the appointment for you and apply your gift card. If there is a remaining balance after the gift card is applied, you will be sent an invoice for the difference, which can be paid online.

In-clinic appointments
Please select your appointment via the online booking system and note your gift voucher code in the booking notes. We will apply your gift card, and any remaining fee can be paid on the day of your appointment.

Any unused gift card balance can be applied to future appointments.

Extra information
Gift cards are valid for services only, including packages, and are not redeemable for cash.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
Naturopathy appointments are available for new and existing clients.
Massage appointments are available for existing clients only.
Availability of services is subject to practitioner schedule.
