When you work with me, you’re choosing to work directly with a qualified and experienced naturopath who will guide you through the process, step by step.
Naturopathic consultations are the foundation of my work.
These sessions are designed to explore the full picture of your health, not just your symptoms. We look at stress, sleep, digestion, hormones, energy, nutrition, and lifestyle, and how they all interact.
Consultations are available: online via telehealth, Australia-wide (most popular) and in-person at my Dural clinic (limited availability).

Initial Consultation
Your first appointment is a deep dive into what’s been happening in your body and your life.
We’ll talk through:
Your main concerns and symptoms.
Your health history and any previous testing.
What you’ve already tried and how it’s worked.
What you want to feel differently moving forward.
From there, I’ll begin mapping out a personalised plan that may include herbal medicine, nutritional support, lifestyle guidance, and practical next steps.
This session is about clarity, understanding, and direction.
Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-up appointments are where we refine and build momentum.
We use these sessions to:
Review how your body is responding.
Adjust herbal or nutritional support.
Troubleshoot obstacles or flare-ups.
Support long-term change without overwhelm.
Progress doesn’t come from doing everything at once. It comes from consistent, supported steps, and that’s exactly what these sessions are for.
Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine is a core part of how I support the body.
I use personally tailored liquid herbal tonics and practitioner-only herbal formulas selected specifically for you, based on your symptoms, constitution, and health goals. These are not one-size-fits-all blends.
Herbal medicine may be used to support:
Stress and nervous system regulation.
Sleep and energy.
Digestion and gut health.
Hormonal balance.
Immune resilience.
All herbal recommendations are clearly explained, so you understand why they’re part of your plan.
