Appointments
Appointments may be provided in person or via telehealth, depending on the service booked.
Please ensure the contact information you provide when booking is accurate.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, as much notice as possible is appreciated.
Appointments cancelled with less than 6 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, 100% of the appointment fee may be charged.
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. The full appointment fee may still apply.
Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change from time to time. GST is included where applicable.
Private health insurance rebates vary depending on the provider, policy and service. Please check with your health fund if you are unsure whether you are eligible for a rebate.
Programs & Packages
Some Burton Health services may be offered as programs or packages. Any inclusions, recommended timeframes, expiry periods or other conditions shown when you purchase a program or package form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Appointments or services included in a package are intended for the person for whom the package was purchased and are not transferable unless otherwise agreed.
Physical Products
Please choose carefully, as refunds or exchanges are not provided for change-of-mind purchases.
If a product is faulty, damaged or does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law, please contact Burton Health so an appropriate remedy can be arranged.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been supplied or accessed.
This does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
